I work at the intersection of memory (history), place, image, shared culture, Architecture (built meaning), color, and thought (text). I am not interested in the obvious nor in the complex. My work is a refinement of an initial pure vision. It is a process of observation, contemplation, documentation, reduction, simplification, and distillation.
